Mission
Natural Health
We believe that our ancestors required a tremendous amount of strength and wisdom to get us to the modern world, and thus there is a multitude of knowledge that we can learn from their living patterns.
Our mission is to help people live healthier lives by stepping into their primal selves through the understanding and application of 5 primal pillars. These pillars are rooted in accessing what made our ancestors healthy and strong.

5 Primal Pillars
The 5 Primal Pillars are the base that the Primal Start is built upon. They are rooted in logical lifestyle choices that allowed our predecessors to thrive. The Primal Pillars are arranged with pragmatic intention, every aspect building upon the previous so that the benefits of the Primal lifestyle compound as the principles are combined. Each of the 5 Pillars contains 5 principles that constitute the most crucial and approachable aspects of the lifestyle. We believe in building effective, sustainable habits around these principles as a way of connecting the health of future generations with the wisdom of our predecessors.

Adapt
Our ancestors did not have modern shelter, and were often exposed to the elements. This meant being highly adaptable to a range of temperatures. Our society has developed a myriad of technological advances to shield us from these extreme temperatures, but these advances in technology have also made it easier to access end range temperatures in a controlled and accessible way.

Nature
Our ancestors lived in an environment that was abundant in nutrients. Today, because of modern food production practices, we must be more intentional with our intake to ensure proper nutrition.
